Frequently Asked Questions

At Allure Watch Rolls you have 14 days of open purchase . This means that you have 14 days from the time you received the item to return it if you regret the purchase. If you send it back within 14 days, you will get your money back.

This requires that the item is unused and that the item is still in its original packaging. Items with an odor, marks or anything that goes beyond normal product testing will be considered a used product.

COMPLAINT

If an error or lack of a product is discovered, you must notify us within a reasonable time after this was discovered if you wish to file a complaint. Complaints should be directed to allure.watchrolls@gmail.com

Shipping

We ship to Norway free of charge for purchases of our watch rolls. We pack and ship the same day we receive the order or within 1-3 days.

If pre-ordered, the item is sent 1-3 working days after we have it in stock, unless something else is specifically stated.

International shipping

Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this moment. We apologise for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.
